How To Transfer Your Job Skills & Re-evaluate Your Career

Knowing how to transfer your job skills has never been more important than now.

The pandemic has caused thousands of people to lose their jobs -- which has resulted in many re-evaluating careers options and skills.

A friend of mine, Kari, recently lost her job as a financial analyst for a major bank. Finding a job in the banking industry right now is really competitive because so many banks are downsizing. Although my friend is sending out resumes daily, she knows that finding a similar position at the same pay rate is going to be tough. In order to generate income, Kari is targeting freelance and contract opportunities. So far she has been able to secure a six-month contract position with a major non-profit.
