Pelosi Thinks Trump's Mind is 'Not Quite Right' - Introduces 25th Amendment Legislation & Biden Elects to Participate in a Town Hall Instead of Debate

 Biden has opted to do a Town Hall since Trump doesn't want a virtual debate. 

Pelosi is convinced that Trump is not operating on all cylinders -- wants to visit the 25th Amendment to have a plan in case the president becomes unable to carry out his duties.
