It's great to hear that more and more states are starting to issue supplemental unemployment benefits. It's not so great to hear that there are scammers out there stealing millions of dollars from state unemployment systems. I have read stories where people who have been unemployed since March, have not received any unemployment benefits. How can they survive?  Especially those with children. That's why it is so frustrating to hear that some state unemployment systems have been hacked and millions of dollars have been stolen.  I am sure that cybersecurity systems have been installed in most cases.
