Unemployment benefits are coming to an end for many people. As of right now there is no action on negotiating a new stimulus deal. If a deal is not reached soon, thousands of people will face eviction and lose their jobs. I am sure that Trump's COVID diagnosis is causing this delay. Despite this, I am hoping that negotiations between Pelosi and Mnuchin can continue.  Speaking of Trump, there are media outlets reporting that he is feeling tired and lethargic. If true, this means that he is developing stronger COVID symptoms.  On a good note, Joe Biden coronavirus test has come back negative.  More details below..
